THE COMPANY Led by renowned instructors Kristal Tan and Caty Costigan, The Company is our premier competitive dance program for dedicated dancers from elementary to high school. This all-encompassing training experience focuses on tap, ballet, lyrical, jazz, and contemporary, offering serious technical development in a supportive and inspiring environment. Dancers train year-round and compete at top regional competitions, with the season culminating at a prestigious national event. While the training is rigorous, it’s also full of passion, creativity, and fun. Beyond dance, Company members grow as teammates and individuals—building resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of community. For those who love to dance and are ready to commit to their growth, The Company is where it all comes together.
This elite program is designed for serious students who are ready to be challenged, inspired, and celebrated. Auditions take place every July.
Company dancers receive expert instruction in tap, lyrical, jazz, contemporary, and ballet, and are given the chance to:
Work with renowned choreographers and instructors
Train intensively in a supportive, growth-focused environment
Perform at various events and regional and national competitions
Attend leading dance conventions and workshops
Participation in THE INTENSIVE during the summer is required. Dancers will be cast in routines based on age, skill level, and commitment.
TAP TROUPE Our award-winning Tap Troupe is led by our very own Caty Costigan. It is a prestigious ensemble composed primarily of dedicated high school-aged dancers who share a deep passion for tap. Known for its high standards and exceptional performances, the group has earned numerous accolades season after season. Admission is by rigorous audition only, ensuring that each member demonstrates both technical excellence and an unwavering commitment to the art of tap dance.
