Hip Hop Crews
Our 5 Hip Hop Crews are currently made up of about 30 hard working dancers who are diversely trained.  Every year our Hip Hop crews compete at local regional competitions and attend Nationals in the Summer. They have won numerous awards and have consistently proven to be quite the force when they perform. Auditions for Hip Hop Crews take place in late July and the dancers must take the required summer classes in order to audition as well as required classes during the Fall/Spring season.
Debut Co
Dance Unlimited's Debut Co is for dancers who have taken several years of tap, ballet, and jazz and are ready to begin dancing at the competition level. Dancers interested in joining one of our many Debut Co teams must attend a mandatory meeting in the Spring as well as have a teacher recommendation. We highly recommend our Pre-team dancers to take a .5 Technique class in addition to their competitive class. This group of will take one dance to 2-3 competitions. Demi Co
Our Demi Company is for dancers who have completed approximately 2 years of competing with our Debut Co teams and are ready for the next step in their dance education. To join this group, the dancer must have a teacher recommendation as well as audition for placement during the summer. Dancers wanting to audition will audition in July and are required to take a ballet class along with their Demi Co team class. These dancers will take 2 dances (of their teachers choice) to four regional competitions & nationals. This team is the next stepping stone for dancers wanting to continue onto our Company teams.
Rhythmatics Tap Troupe

Dance Unlimited’s Rhythmatics Tap Troupe is comprised of the studio’s most advanced Tap dancers. They are all very diversely trained and most are older dancers who have decided to study tap more intensely. They compete in local competitions in the Spring and they attend a Nationals in July. The auditions for DU’s Tap Troupe are very competitive and take about a week in early August. They must also be enrolled in the required summer course to audition.
acroTeam
The Dance Unlimited acroTeam was created for advanced acrobats ready to hit the competition stage. Our debut competition production of "Splash" began in 2013, followed by our exciting productions "Purely Sweet", "Major Trouble", "Slumber Party" and "Mischief". All acroTeam members are trained in Acrobatics, contortion, Ballet & Jazz. Many members take an additional 5-15 hours in other genres of dance. AcroTeam members attend an advanced acrobatics class, weekly rehearsals and a Jazz/Ballet technique class and are strongly encouraged to take a contortion class. Each competitive season acroTeam competes in several dance competitions in the central Texas areas as well as a National Competition in the summer. Auditions are held in August each year. 
Jazz/Lyrical Group
Dance Unlimited offers a Jazz/Lyrical competition team for Intermediate level dancers, approximately age 12-18 with several years of experience. This team has a formal audition in August. They will take 2 dances to area competitions. (4 regionals and a national competition). Dancers are expected to work hard, attend class regularly and continue to focus on proper dance technique.
