Miss Dianne

Dianne Stoffel has taught at the Buda studio since 1994 when it was Barbara Lynn's and then Footnotes. She began dancing at the age of five at Miss Bonnie's School of Dance in Del Rio, Texas. After moving to Buda, she took dance at Barbara Lynn's Dance Studio, became a Hays Highstepper and served as an officer on the dance team for two years. 


Dianne graduated cum laude from SWT in May of 1997 with a degree in Exercise Sports Science-Dance with secondary teacher's certification. Throughout her college years she continuously taught at Barbara Lynn's Dance Studio/Footnotes Dance Studio, while also teaching for Sunshine Generation Performing Group, Hermann Son's Dance in Lockhart and Children's World Learning Center. Dianne has training in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, gymnastics, Cecchetti, modern dance, Pointe, Progressing Ballet Technique, and SafeSport and experience adjudicating regional dance competitions.


Her business accomplishments include winning the Small Business of the Year Award in 2005 and then again in 2018, being nominated for the Businessperson of the Year by the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce for 2004, being recognized for her outstanding contributions as a Hays County Woman Entrepreneur and being nominated for the Ambassador of the Year for the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce. She is so excited that Dance Unlimited has won the Best of North Hays County for 2023!

Miss Caty
Caty Costigan is our Company Director. She grew up in Buda, TX, and trained at Dance Unlimited from the age of 8 to 15 under the direction of Dianne Stoffel. The remaining years of high school, she went to Tapestry Dance Co. and studied under the acclaimed tap choreographer and teacher Jason Janas. While in college, she was in the adult repertoire dance company, Colorado Dance Collective. She was a member of their tap and hip hop company for 4 years, and eventually was elected co-captain. Here, she got to train under many guest choreographers and master teachers such as, Leslie Scott, Keith Clifton, and Gregg Russell. During her membership with the CDC, she had the opportunity to open and perform with acts such as iAmMe and Jabbawockeez. Currently she resides in Kyle, TX and has been hired to travel to numerous states to teach master classes, conventions and guest choreography. She has been teaching for Dance Unlimited for 10 years and specializes in tap, hip hop, and improvisation. She is an award-winning choreographer and has pieces that have won in almost all genres. Her passion in life is teaching, creating, and dance, so she is incredibly grateful that this has become her career! 
Miss Kristal

Kristal Tan, an Austin-based dancer and choreographer, has built a vibrant career that blends her Texas roots with opportunities across the globe. Originally from San Antonio, she danced competitively with her studio, and on her schools' high school dance team and ballet company. After starting at Pace University's Commercial Dance Program, she returned to Texas to earn her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography at Texas State University where she was a member of Merge Dance Company. Her journey then led her to NYC’s Broadway Dance Center Professional Semester and on to Los Angeles, where she signed with Luxe Talent Agency. Kristal has trained with renowned groups like Debbie Reynold’s Scholarship Program, Lume Dance Collective, SoulEscape, Villains of Contemporary Dance, DFD Worldwide, and under industry leaders such as Gigi Torres and Ian Mackenzie’s IMbrace program. She also completed a work-study at Playground LA. Her professional credits include work with Dreamworks, Apple, Dance Spirit Magazine, and international music artists such as INAS X, Arman Hovhannisyan, Pedro Reis, and Megan Tibbits. A theater enthusiast, she has performed in productions such as *Thoroughly Modern Millie* and *Psycho Beach Party*. As a dance educator, Kristal has guest-taught and choreographed nationwide, as well as internationally in Mexico, Belarus, Thailand, and Malaysia. She has served as a guest teacher for Michelle Leagen's Power Intensives and was an international guest teacher for Belarus Dance Camp. Her work has been recognized with awards like “Highest Scoring Number” and “Best Technique,” and she’s been featured in Voyage LA magazine and Texas Tech University's *Meet the Dance Makers* publication. Kristal also holds a Masters of Science in Organizational and Industrial Psychology, bringing a unique perspective to her leadership roles. Currently, she co-directs The Company at Dance Unlimited and continues to travel nationwide as a judge for esteemed competitions like Groove and 8 National Talent. With a deep passion for sharing her craft, Kristal is excited to continue her dance journey and inspire the next generation of dancers!

Miss Stephanie

Stephanie Estes has been teaching at Dance Unlimited since June 2006. She has been dancing for 30+ years and has been a dance instructor since the age of 14. Her training began at Taylor Dance Studio in Nederland, Texas, and continued at Amy Dufour's Dance Center and Cynde Lomonte's Dance Dimensions in Sugar Land, Texas. At Dance Dimensions, Stephanie won many top awards competing as a soloist and in small and large groups. She graduated from Dulles High School in 2004 and was on the Dulles Dolls Dance Team for 3 years. She had the honor to serve as Captain her senior year. On the dance team she received many awards as a soloist, and led her team to top awards in officer and large team divisions. Stephanie's training includes ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, contemporary, hip-hop, novelty, musical theater, gymnastics, cheer, conditioning, improvisation, and drill team. She graduated in 2008 with a degree in Elementary Education and graduated in 2009 with her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, from Texas State University. Stephanie currently teaches STEAM at Negley Elementary. She also does several workshops and judges for several studios around the area. Stephanie also guest choreographs for drill teams in the area. Here at DU, Stephanie has successfully lead her Company Teams to earning high adjudication scores and high placements in the overalls, along with choreographer and judges awards. Stephanie has always had a passion for dance and is ecstatic to have the opportunity to inspire and teach her dancers. 
Miss Erica

Erica Howie is one of our Dance Unlimited managers and instructors.  She started dancing at the age of 5 at Jackie's Performing Arts and continued throughout elementary school. During middle school she tried other performing arts but found her true love was dance and in high school joined the drill team and assisted teaching dance classes. She attended Texas State University and majored in Dance with teacher's certification. During college she was in the modern dance company Orchesis for 2 years and was a dancer and choreographer in 8 other dance concerts. She graduated with honors in May 2010 and has been working at Dance Unlimited since the fall of 2010. Miss Erica is trained in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, gymnastics, and creative movement. 

Miss Hannah

Hannah Hallmark has been dancing with us since she was 2 years old. She started out at Barbara Kay's School of Dance and continued to dance when the studio became Footnotes and then Dance Unlimited. She was on our Company for 9 years and then joined her high school drill team, where she was a Lieutenant her senior year. Hannah earned her Bachelors in Radio-Television-Film with a minor in Business Foundations from The University of Texas. S In 2014, she moved to Los Angeles where she worked for several production companies as well as other entertainment outlets. Miss Hannah has training in ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics, lyrical and drill team. She currently teaches many of our recreational classes as well as our Debut Co, Demi Co, and Company. She is very excited to share her love of dance with the next generation! 
Miss Rosie

Rosie Salazar has been dancing with Dance Unlimited since she was 4 years old. At the age of 11, she joined Dance Unlimited's competitive company and continued dancing competitively until graduating High School in 2013. While in High School, she was on the Lehman Cheer Squad where she competed at several cheer competitions around the Country. Miss Rosie is trained in genres such as ballet, tap, jazz and lyrical.  She now attends Texas State as a mass communication and electronic media major and continues to teach several dance and gymnastic classes as well as the DU Company. Graduated Texas state in 2020 with a BFA in dance education and minor in mass communication. 
    
Miss Cindy

Cindy Jones has danced her heart out since the age of 3. She started out at Lisa’s Dance Center in Arlington, TX for 9 years and moved to Dancer’s Workshop for an additional 2 years. She continued dancing for the Martin High School Sundancer’s Drill Team where she was Captain her senior year. She went on to dance competitively for McLennan Community College in Waco, TX where she was a Lieutenant and won a National Title. Cindy then graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Interior Design. While in Lubbuck, she coached numerous cheer and dance teams at Extreme Cheer & Dance and later Raider Xtreme. When she is not in the studio she is a wife and a mother of two kids. Cindy is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, cheer, and drill team.
       

Miss Beth

Beth Bisett has taught dance for over 35 years and has been on staff at Dance Unlimited since 1998. Beth grew up in Tyler, Texas where she studied ballet, jazz, tap, and musical theatre under Utah Ground, teacher and mentor to Tommy Tune and Sandy Duncan on their way to successful
careers on  Broadway. Miss Beth also studied and performed at TJC, TCU, Lon Morris, SWTSU, and NWLSU. While at SWTSU, she received a best actress nomination for her portrayal of "Peter Pan." Beth has acquired numerous credits choreographing productions for SWTSU, San Marcos Children's Theatre, San Marcos High School, and Alamo Heights High School, most notably, Fiddler on the Roof, Oklahoma, Carousel, Guys and Dolls, The Music Man, and The Fantasticks (with 2007 Tony winner Julie White).

Miss Kayla

Kayla Duley has been dancing at Dance Unlimited since she was 18 months old. For 13 years, she has been a part of many Dance Unlimited competitive teams. Previously, she has been a part of the Hays High School Highsteppers for four years and the Elite team for two years. Kayla has studied many styles of dance including Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Gymnastics, and Acrobatics. She began assisting classes in 2011 and began teaching at Dance Unlimited in 2015. She previously has taught dance at Fuentes Elementary as part of their Fine Arts program. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development & Family Science from Texas State University. She looks forward to sharing her love of dance to the future generations!
Miss Maddie

Maddie Irwin started dancing at the age of 6, building foundations in ballet and tap and was part of a competitive dance team before joining Dance Unlimited. She has been dancing at Dance Unlimited going on 9 years and has been a part of many competitive teams, including the 3D team for 5 years before moving on to X Team and Tap Troupe. Over the years she has built her skills in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary and Ballet, as well as she has been assisting classes for 3 years. Maddie has as well taken part in dance conventions such as Tremaine and Radix where she further developed her love for dance. She is currently attending the University of Texas. Maddie is very passionate about teaching and is looking forward to helping younger dancers build their skills! 
   
Miss Caitlin

Caitlin Brock has been dancing since she was three years old in the Buda area. She began at Jackie's Performing Arts before coming to Dance Unlimited at the age of 5. Her passion for dance quickly grew. Caitlin was on Dance Unlimited Company for seven years before she became a Johnson High School Rosette, where she served as Sophomore Lieutenant, Junior Lieutenant, and Co-Captain in her 4 years on Rosettes. She continued to train at DU and began teaching her Junior year of High School. Currently, Caitlin is pursuing studies in Psychology and Critical Disabilities Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She is trained in tap, ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and drill team, with experience in a wide range of other dance styles. Caitlin is passionate about dance and teaching, and she cannot wait to share her love with the next generation of dancers.
Miss Kamryn

Kamryn Talavera has been dancing at Dance Unlimited since she was around 3 years old. She was on the Dance Unlimited company for 6 years before she joined her drill team in high school. This is her fourth year being a Hays Highstepper. Kamryn has training in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and more. She am very excited to be able to share all that she can!!
 Miss Angie

Angie Villarreal has been dancing since she was 3, starting with recreational classes and then moved her training to Dance Unlimited in 2013 to then join our company in 2014 for 3 years. She was also on Senior Elites in 2018. She has training in Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hop, and Drill team. She was apart of the Lehman High School Star Strutters for four years and served as Lieutenant and then Captain for 2 years. She is currently attending Texas State and majoring in English with a teaching degree and is also a second year member of the Texas State Strutters. This is will be her second year teaching with Dance Unlimited. She looks forward to sharing her love of dance with all her students. 
Miss Gabby

Gabriella Garcia started dancing at 3 years old here at Dance Unlimited. She is trained in ballet,
 tap, jazz, contemporary/lyrical/modern, hip-hop, and acrobatics over the course of 17 years. Gabriella joined our competitive DU company in 2009 and moved on to the Hip-hop crew and Tap Troupe company. During her time on the company Gabriella gratefully received scholarships from dance conventions such as Streetz and other competitions. After her time on the company she continued to compete nationally on the Hays Highsteppers varsity drill team and their Elite team for 4 years. Currently, she is studying Dance Education at Texas State University with determination to continue her love and passion for teaching and creation. 
Miss Liza

Elizaveta Istomina has been dancing since the age of five and now has been dancing for over ten years. She started out dancing at Папины Дочки. A studio in Russia that focused on performing dance and singing. After a year of performing with that studio she moved on to a different studio in Russia to continue learning ballet and pointe. After competing group dances and a duet with her twin sister her family moved to the United States and she joined Balance Dance Studios. While at Balance Dance studios she started practicing in various different styles of dance such as Ballet, HipHop, Contemporary, Jazz, lyrical, and acro. Her last year at that studio she competed with a Jazz team called Ignite. She then moved to Dance Unlimited after seeing one of their teams at a competition. There she started practicing in Tap and continued her education in all the other styles. The second year at Dance Unlimited she competed with the Acro team and will be competing with the HipHop team on Teen Elites. This will be her fifth year at Dance Unlimited and she is excited to get to teach others and help them grow in their skills at dance.
Miss Vita

Violetta Istomina has been dancing since the age of 5. She started out dancing at Папины дочки, a studio in Russia specialized in dancing and singing. After a year of performing with that studio she moved on to a school of different arts where she started training in ballet and pointe. There she competed several dances with her group as well as a duet with her twin sister. After two years in that studio, Vita moved to the US where she joined Balance Dance Studios at the age of 9. While at Balance Dance Studios, she trained in dance styles such as contemporary, jazz, hip hop, ballet, acrobatics, and one of the years there, Vita was on their Jazz team called Ignite. The year after that she moved studios to Dance unlimited where she competed on the acro team and picked up tap dancing. Vita continues her training in different styles of dance at DU. Vita has assisted classes and now is happy to share her passion for dance as well as being able to help others grow in their dance skills!


Miss Bailey

Bailey Muse was a part of the Bobcat Belles drill team in high school as well as Vice President of her team. She then went on to dance on the collegiate level as a TVCC Cardette on the 57th line. She has had opportunities through these dance teams to practice every type of dance as well as get opportunities such as performing at Pearl Harbor for the 75th anniversary, being in the Texas state fair parade, and Hollywood Christmas parade in California. She went on to teach Jazz and Contemporary for two years at Gobel school of dance. Bailey is a senior at Stephen F Austin State University, getting her degree in Human Development and Family studies. Bailey is over the moon excited to start this new chapter teaching at Dance Unlimited. 

Miss Jackie

Jackie started dancing around the age of 5 at Laney Cross Dance in Austin, TX where she continued to dancing through out elementary. At such a young age, she choreographed talent shows and recital shows where she won several awards. Jackie moved from Austin to Dripping Springs after elementary. Although, in middle school she went on to explore sports, she came back to the fine arts program in high school. Jackie performed in many recial shows, danced with the Dripping Springs High Steppers, and choreographed dances in both hip hop and lyrical. Jackie is also trained in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and tap.

Miss Iza

Iza Higuera has been dancing since she was 3 years old and has attended Dance Unlimited for about 9 years. She is trained in Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet, and Drill team. She was a four-year Lehman High School Star Strutter member, serving as a lieutenant and captain. She is attending Texas State University studying dance education. She is also a first-year member of the Texas State Strutters. She is excited to begin teaching while sharing her love and passion for dance

Miss Ally

Ally has been immersed in the world of dance since the young age of 3 in Austin, Tx. Her passion and dedication led her to compete at the age of 8, where she earned numerous scholarships throughout her youth. In junior high, she expanded her skills as a cheerleader and gymnast while continuing competitive dance, and in high school, she joined the dance team, rising to the positions of junior lieutenant and captain of the varsity team. Ally represented her high school team in Honolulu, Hawaii as a feature performer as well as Disney world, ultimately securing a national title her senior year. Upon graduation, her professional dance career took off with the Austin Lady Wranglers, and she was soon recognized as Rookie of the Year with HTE Dance Staff, where she has been a dedicated choreographer and instructor of high school dance teams for 18 years. Her dance journey continued with four years dancing for the San Antonio Spurs where she had the honor of traveling across the globe with the NBA and Spurs Sports organization.  After retiring from dancing with the NBA, Ally moved to New York City and dedicated a year to training in ballet, broadway, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop and various other styles.  Her love and passion for dance grew as she was asked to serve as the head director of her Alma mater for 8 years taking her team across the country to perform and winning multiple awards at competitions across the state of Texas. Ally earned a unique opportunity to be the founding director of the dance and cheer programs at a brand new high school, where she served as head director and head cheer coach. Presently, she is entering her fourth year as a head high school cheer coach locally. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ally is the proud mother of three amazing children: Ava (11), Camryn (8), and Noah (2). Though her life is full, she dreams of traveling the world in her rare moments of free time. Ally holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Texas State University, San Marcos in 2010. 


Miss Chyler

Chyler Morris has been dancing since she was 3 years old, starting out at a recreational studio. In 2020, she decided to expand her dance ability and joined Dance Unlimited. Soon she will start her fourth year as a Hays Highstepper and first year on the Elite team. She's been assisting for Dance Unlimited since 2021, helping out with summer camps and classes. As she transitions into her senior year, she is so excited to continue her training and share it with her community.


Miss Gina

Miss Gina Reese's first of three dancers enrolled at Dance Unlimited in 1998. Having many years of experience with Dance Unlimited she transitioned to the Office Manager position in 2005. Miss Gina has a strong background as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper.
